My German Shepherd puppies 14 weeks shows a Mean Streak and attack / bite me and others.?

I have had my GSD woman since she was old 6 wks. She has normal dog bites, but has recently turned in an average strip before. Out of nowhere, they will come to you and start biting and shows its teeth grind and nose and sometimes breaks the skin. If I do not really say star, will speak to her again and worse. I take Petsmart training, but the fear that it does not change this behavior. I bought her in a house that in about 14 GSD had a small backyard, I have a feeling that this aggression / Mean Streak is from their parents. I had to GSD when I was a child and my parents think this is a sign of an aggressive dog. I am planning to have children and do not want to be a have problem with it. I have also found recently that they aggressively bark at some neighbors while walking and has not already. I tried not to socialize w / dog the first few weeks because I did not want to get any diseases. Is there any hope of this from their system?
